Proses pengurusan aduan dijalankan secara sulit, profesional, dan selamat mengikut langkah-langkah di bawah.

1. Sediakan Maklumat

Kumpulkan maklumat penting seperti tarikh, masa, lokasi, butiran kejadian, dan dokumen/bukti sokongan jika ada.

2. Pilih Jenis Pendedahan

Pilih sama ada mahu melapor secara sulit berserta identiti (di bawah perlindungan Akta 711) atau secara tanpa nama (anonymous).

3. Hantar Aduan

Lengkapkan borang laporan digital di portal ini. Semua data dienkripsi dengan standard keselamatan maklumat terkini.

Yes. EIMS fully supports anonymous reporting. You are not required to provide any personal information. Any uploaded evidence is also de-identified to protect your identity.

You are protected under the Whistleblower Protection Act 2010 (Act 711). This protects you from retaliation including disciplinary action, dismissal, or workplace harassment — provided the report is made in good faith.

You may report: corrupt practices or bribery, conflict of interest, misappropriation of company assets, falsification of financial records, and violations of the company's Code of Ethics.

Initial screening is typically completed within 3–5 working days. A full investigation may take 14–30 days depending on case complexity. You can check your status at any time using your reference number.
